JCI Wellington

About Us
JCI Wellington was originally founded in 1938. It became inactive in 2013 and was then re-established as an active chapter in Jan 2021.
JCI Wellington is a membership-based nonprofit organization of young active citizens ages 18 to 40, who are dedicated to creating positive change in our communities.
Each JCI Wellington member shares the belief that in order to create lasting positive change, we must improve ourselves and the world around us.
We are a part of Junior Chamber International (JCI) New Zealand which is apart of a global network of young active citizens who are developing themselves and creating positive change in communities around the world.
We demonstrate passion and courage to address the most critical challenges of our time. We empower young people by developing their skills, knowledge and understanding enabling them to stand up, make informed decisions and lead their community to take concrete action for sustainable impact.
Join us today to challenge and develop yourself while creating a positive impact in your local community.
